Robert D. Mason

Our good friend, Dave Mason, lost his dad on Sunday. I've never met Dave's dad, that I recall. Is there a good time, a proper place, for the loss of your father? It certainly doesn't seem so. But from experience growing up where death was a somewhat common presence, mid-December is one of the worse times for a loss like this. Everybody is celebrating, but you are not.

I (and probably Ab too) just wanted to say our thoughts go out to our friends, Dave and Kim, and their families during this time.
