Yuki Sushi Bar opens north of Greenwood
Time to give Yuki Sushi Bar a chance. Located in the ethereal strip plaza that is Walmart Warbles Way at Stop10, Shelby and 31, next to the great big Chinese buffet snatch-n-grab, Yuki does not have a bathroom, that I could find.
But it does have some good sushi with fresh fish flown in daily. They adjusted the menu item I selected to include no crustaceans. It included generous portions of tuna, yellowtail, eel, and salmom, plus soup and salad. All very good, but the miso could use more miso.
Next time we need to try the Monday and Wednesday 1/2 price Sushi Happy Hour 5 to 8pm.
