I am sore but alive. Ha. Yesterday trying to avoid reindeer manure I dropped me bicycle, hitting the bricks at White River State Park at about 20mph.
As someone told abby, Ouch. Sprained rotater cuffs on both shoulders. Sprained external intercostals. Scrapes on shoulder and both wrists. And a swollen index finger joint.
I slept from 10pm lasty night straight thru to noon today.
